Why haven't I received my password reset email?

  2. One common reason to not receive the email is because we don't have an account with that email.
  3. Search your email
  4. Try searching "XCLAIM" across all of your folders/inboxes. The email might have gone to spam, junk, or another folder depending on your filtering rules.
