XCLAIM is awarded recognition in Built In's 2021 Best Places to Work Awards for our winning culture and benefits programs.
Just over a week into 2021, and we’re off to a stellar start to the year. While 2020 has been a truly historic year by all counts, for XCLAIM, the last 12 months have been marked by steady focus, commitment to innovation, and growth.
We’ve launched into the market. We’ve secured customers. We’ve signed partnerships. We’ve executed transactions. And we’ve grown our talented team and thriving culture in the process.
Today, Built In announced their 2021 Best Places To Work Awards, and XCLAIM has been honored as a winner in the Top 50 Best Small Companies to Work For in Los Angeles.
Although we’re headquartered in Los Angeles, the COVID-19 pandemic has provided us the welcome opportunity to become a 100% distributed team and adapt to remote collaboration. Having expanded our staff by 4X in the last year, the vast majority of the team have collectively shaped the winning culture we are celebrating today—across California, New York, Massachusetts, and Alaska.
“Being ranked along with other tech leaders on this list is a testament to the strong, inclusive culture our XCLAIMers have built together in such a short time. We are honored to be recognized for the culture and benefits we offer.”
— Matt Sedigh, Founder and CEO of XCLAIM
Built In determines winners for its annual Best Places to Work awards based on an algorithm that leverages company data about compensation, benefits, and cultural programs; while accounting for remote culture and commitment to DEI. The annual awards include companies that range from startups to enterprises in the 8 largest technology markets in the US and across the nation.
“The 2021 winners show a commitment not just to creating meaningful cultures but to delivering talent needs as they change in a dynamic landscape. We’re thrilled to extend our congratulations to the winners.”
— Sheridan Orr, Chief Marketing Officer, Built In
For a young upstart company like XCLAIM, this award validates what we already know and have built into our DNA.
While we take a moment to celebrate this win together as XCLAIMers, this marks just the beginning of another incredible year of growth.
2021 here we come.
